IKEA Coquitlam emailed us asking if we are interested in a laser engraving project for them. They are hosting an annual co-worker catalog kick-off party in July 2016. They were planning to get laser engraved chopping boards made of wood to give away to their co-workers. After initial consultations, we received a design “It Starts with the Food, IKEA Coquitlam” as a vector format file. Then, we received a followup email regarding a concern that would engraving or branding be better for the wood boards. After this, We emailed them back a sample picture showing how laser engraving would like on the wood which was approved. In addition to this, our machine time for Thursday was booked by IKEA Coquitlam. They were supposed to get the laser engraved chopping boards on Wednesday from their head office, so they were on a time crunch.
Finally, a young lady from IKEA Coquitlam delivered more than 200 boards on Wednesday. Within 2 days all the boards were ready and delivered on Friday. In conclusion, we got one more happy client.
